Planning a spot in Federal Way
- Start with a level pad, poured concrete, pavers or a deck rated for the spa's full weight.
- Measure the delivery path from the street to the pad, including any gates or steps near Dash Point area homes.
- Decide between a 110V plug-and-play spa and a 240V model that needs a licensed electrician.
- Check with the City of Federal Way about permit rules before any electrical or pad work.
- Plan for drainage around the pad, since rain is steady most of the year in this area.

★★★★★We bought our hot tub at the Tacoma store about a year ago.
