Online and warehouse stores may be cheaper, but they often drop a 700-pound spa at the curb and leave the rest to you.
We deliver every spa and set it in place, ready to connect. We have run our own service team since 1981, so after the sale you still talk to the same people.
You can also sit in a running spa in our showroom before you decide. You cannot do that online.
We carry hot tubs and swim spas from several trusted brands, in many sizes and price ranges.

Yes, we offer financing through O Bee Credit Union, a local credit union since 1955.
What you qualify for depends on your credit, the model, and the amount financed. Text us and we will walk you through your options.

Yes. We deliver every spa and place it exactly where it goes in your yard, ready to connect.
We do not do the electrical work. That needs a licensed electrician, but we will tell you what to arrange before delivery day.
After you buy, we set up a site visit to check your spot is ready, with the right base, access path, and electrical work done.
Then we schedule delivery and set your spa in place. How long this takes depends on stock and how fast your site is ready.

Your owner's manual covers startup, water care, and upkeep. After that, just text our team.
Yes. Black Pine has run our own service department since 1981.
If something needs fixing after the sale, you deal with us directly, the same people who sold you the spa.

Do I need a permit?
Electrical work needs a permit. In Tacoma it comes from Tacoma Power.
The City's permit list does not name hot tubs, so check with the City of Tacoma permit office for your address.

Most hot tubs go in on their side. A Refresh is 79 x 79 x 35 inches, so the path needs to be a little wider than 35 inches.

No. Platinum and Vita Spa warranties are for the first buyer only. They end when the spa changes owners.
